The app is very user friendly. I log my concerns frequently. The adm is very responsive. I agree with reviewers that the adm is not detailed on how the issue was resolved/closed but point is, my issues have been addressed.

The app is supposed to be able to find my address as I begin to type it in. I typed the complete address but the app still could not find it.

If you can even click on one service menu icon and get it to stay up, you’re lucky otherwise you touch one feature and it crashes every single time. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app still crashes instantly. Version history update was that these crashes were fixed every month ago they’re not.

I’m not sure what the point of an app to submit complaints is, if they are immediately Closed without any update, instruction, suggestion, or explanation. Sure, you get to report things you think are wrong or dangerous… but what good is reporting anything when nothing is done, the complaint is never answered or addressed, or your request is just deleted. Thanks for having a platform to complain, now you just have to work on the ACTUALLY doing something part.

Tried paying property taxes. No luck. The submit button is not working and can’t even find my place. Looks like this is glorified web browsing tool and not an app for friendly user interface. Hope they will update soon.

Have used many times to report hazards in the neighborhood. Easy to use, can submit photos. Quick response time, to reported problems. Can sign up to receive reminders to place re-cycling at the curb.
