### 1/5 — Forced app update but app is already updated

*2026-05-27*

The app won’t allow a new submission and is forcing an update. I go to update from the app store and the only option is to open. Once I tap open, it sends me back to the app that is forcing an update on an app that is already updated. This is app continues to be horrible.

### 2/5 — Yuck

*2025-08-01, version 6.1.2*

Boy, these other reviews aren’t kidding. This is so much harder to use than the last version. It won’t let me pick a place on the map - that’s the whole point!

### 1/5 — This app is completely broken

*2025-07-12*

The old app worked better, but forced me to update. I updated and now nothing works. I’ve tried to sign in multiple times. Create a user profile and it just doesn’t work. What a piece of garbage I can’t believe the city wasted money making this thing.

### 1/5 — Not user friendly

*2025-03-30*

This app is slow and full of unnecessary questions that slow down the reporting process. The previous app was much better. This looks like it was designed to discourage use while allowing the city to check a box saying they have an app despite how discouraging it is to use. The map is frustratingly slow. Is it scanning the entire planet to determine location before finally reaching the location I am reporting from that is sometimes incorrect? This is a terrible app that needs to be simplified.

### 1/5 — App is completely broken - glitched

*2025-03-08*

Downloaded app today. Tried to report exposed wires on street light. Allowed upload of new image and videos and then crashed on upload of image from photo album. no problem. closed the app. reopened and now it wont allow me to place any request at all. Tried multiple times - giving up. Who in the city is responsible for this ?

### 5/5 — Works everytime

*2025-02-20*

I use the app to report every issue I have in the city, from parking in the bike lane to signing repairs, and they always take care of it. More people in Baltimore should utilize this

### 1/5 — Useless

*2024-09-12*

Almost every issue I’ve tried to report within Baltimore city limits is met with an “out of jurisdiction” pop-up. If the city isn’t responsible for traffic signals downtown, we’ve got a major problem.

Last year I was actually able to report things, but they’re all still open. And some of them have been reports of dangerous issues. Not one resolved request, so I’m guessing it’s dysfunctional on the backend too? Is anyone even seeing these reports? What is the point of this app?

### 1/5 — No longer keeps your 311 requests

*2024-08-06, version 6.0.8*

The app no longer keeps your 311 requests in your list. Was fine until July 10th. Since the none of my requests appear in my list so no way to track them and follow up.

### 5/5 — Try it out for City services

*2024-04-27*

Most of the ratings I’ve read relate to versions prior to the current version 6. The whole point of having an app is that the City recognizes that most residents use mobile devices in their daily lives: we aren’t usually at a computer when we run into a concern that we would like the City to address.

As an employee of Baltimore City, I've found the City’s 311 mobile app to be an incredibly useful tool for addressing community concerns efficiently. Whether it's reporting potholes, requesting trash pickup, or notifying the city about a fallen tree limb, the app is user-friendly and responses from City agencies are prompt. It's made a noticeable difference in how quickly issues are resolved in. I think the mobile app is a must-have for anyone living in Baltimore who wants to contribute to the well-being of our community!

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2024-02-06, version 6.0.4*

One cannot even submit a request using this app.
