## What is Balwin BMS?

Balwin Management System is the official application for Balwin Properties staff and partners.

It supports day-to-day operational workflows across developments, giving teams the tools they need to stay aligned, track progress, and get work done from a single platform.

### 2.0.4 — 2026-09-04

- Push notifications now register reliably on first launch, so alerts reach the right person from the moment you sign in.
- Signing in as a different user on a shared device now correctly moves notifications to that person.
- Fixed an issue where an expired session could leave the app stuck on an error screen instead of returning you to the sign-in page.
- Improved handling of poor site connectivity — you'll now see a clear message and can retry, rather than being unexpectedly signed out.
