You can’t sign in even though your information is correct. You can’t contact anyone for assistance. Download adobe digital additions. Go to settings and authenticate. Go to your download section of your online Books A Million, library, press download Go to your downloads on your device, hold down the book you have download it (if you’re on a desktop right click) and “ share” the file with adobe digital additions Open adobe, digital editions, hit refresh, your book will then be added to your adobe library. Open the book. And enjoy! If I could give the app zero stars, I would. I have very little faith that this issue will be resolved promptly because there are reviews from a year ago that say the same thing. Does not offer link to reset. Tech support tells you to skip using it. Good advice. No easy way to use their ebooks so skip them too. When I try to sign in, I also get the "unable to connect to server" message. This is CRAP.
