Please fix ### 1/5 — Would be great. . . if it worked *2025-12-14, version 25.3.2* App never functions when attempting to manage people and time limits. Consistent errors with “delays” that never resolve. Have logged in/out, reinstalled app, but the reliability continues to be so poor that it is difficult to adjust my family’s time limits and access. On a good a we get 1.1, I’m not impressed. ### 2/5 — Horrible app *2025-07-03, version 25.2.0* Have had so many issues with the app not working. Keeps telling me to update, and it is updated. Will just spin and spin and nothing comes up. Also, hate it compared to Cox. Cox is a horrible company but their app always worked and it gave us the ability to not only turn off certain people (like our teenager), it allowed us to turn off for two hours, which helped us make sure he was off technology to go to bed. But this app has so many issues just working normally. Really disappointed. Very respectful person and seemed very knowledgeable on what to do where to put the router and the wires.
