## What is BAM Fitness NJ?

Body and Mind Fitness was founded by Jimmie Sgarella and Nicholas Serritella with the vision of building a strong fitness community in their hometown of Dumont, NJ. What started as a passion for health and strength has grown into a dedicated space where individuals, trainers, and athletes can push their limits and achieve real results. As a young business with a brand-new facility, we are committed to constantly improving and upgrading our equipment. Our mission is to provide a top-tier training environment while fostering a supportive and motivating community for everyone who walks through our doors.

At Body and Mind Fitness, we proudly serve a diverse range of clients, from a dad looking to get back in shape to a mother striving for a healthier lifestyle or an athlete seeking a competitive edge.
