I will never use this airlines again. First off AirPaz messed up the names and swapped the first and last names on our tickets which I was charged a fee to switch. This process was made more confusing due to incompetence of the workers in HCM city. They had us do two circles between the baggage check and two different customer service desks. Due to a mistyping in one of the tickets we had to buy an entire new ticket.
