I tried using forgot password but all I get is “you have not set your security question.” I contacted support and all they could request for is my important IDs and they expect me to send that in an email in this present day cyber threat? I have been attempting to access my app without any success. I suggest you add support link at the point of signing in, not just “forgot password” option.
