The fact that I can’t turn my device horizontal to use the app is ridiculous. It’s also inconvenient needing to constantly use the website version when trying to sign up for a membership or anything else. The app also is missing features that allow you to edit files or prints. It’s too basic for the type of work being preformed. I should not need to use a website in order to edit a print when your app is clearly capable of handling these tasks. Considering how impressive the Bambu printers are, I’m unimpressed with the app provided with the company.
