I am writing this review after experiencing one of the worst online shopping services.

I placed an order, but I didn’t receive any confirmation for a long time. Assuming the order hadn’t gone through, I placed the same order again. Later, both orders were confirmed.

I immediately tried contacting customer support to cancel the duplicate order, but I received no response. I also sent multiple emails, but none of them were answered. At the time of delivery, I accepted both orders, thinking I could easily return the extra item later.

However, after receiving the products, there was no return option available in the app. The online platform is not user-friendly, and the customer support is extremely poor.

My advice is not to order online from Banana Club until they improve their platform and customer service. If you want to buy their products, it’s much better to visit a physical store instead.

I am writing to formally escalate an issue regarding a pending return. The customer service response has been unacceptably slow; my calls go unanswered, and I am repeatedly being asked to submit photos that I have already provided two to three times.

Please be aware that my return window closes on July 24th. The ongoing delays and lack of communication have made this an incredibly frustrating shopping experience.

I expect an immediate review of the files I have already sent and a prompt authorization of my return before the window expires.

I am compelled to publicly document my experience with Banana Club due to what appears to be a complete failure of customer service and refund handling. I placed an order in March and initiated a return request within the required timeframe. One of my returns was misplaced by the company, despite my repeated efforts to resolve the matter. Over the course of several weeks, I made numerous phone calls, yet the automated support system consistently prevented me from reaching a human representative. I also sent multiple emails, all of which were ignored. When I finally managed to speak with a customer service representative, I was informed that my complaint was “too late,” despite the fact that the delays were caused by the company’s own failure to provide adequate customer support or respond to my communications. This response is both unacceptable and deeply concerning. After repeated follow-ups and multiple return requests, Banana Club finally collected one of the returned items on 12 May. However, as of today, I have still not received my refund. Given the pattern of delays, lack of communication, and failure to honor refund obligations, I have serious concerns regarding the company’s business practices. I am formally putting Banana Club on notice that I intend to pursue all available legal remedies, including filing complaints with the appropriate consumer protection authorities and initiating legal proceedings if necessary. I will also continue to publicly document my experience to ensure that other consumers are aware of the risks involved. To anyone considering purchasing from Banana Club: exercise extreme caution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Consumers deserve transparency, accountability, and timely resolution of legitimate refund claims—standards that, in my case, Banana Club has failed to meet. If my refund is not processed immediately, I will proceed with formal legal action and seek all remedies available under consumer protection laws.

I purchased shirts and trousers from Banana Club after seeing their advertisements and positive promotions online. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

The sizing was not accurate, the fabric quality felt very cheap and highly synthetic, and the shirt buttons looked flashy and unsuitable for formal wear. The biggest issue was the exchange policy. Although the website highlights easy returns/exchanges, products purchased under BOGO offers have significant restrictions. Color exchange was not allowed, and even for a size exchange, an additional charge was required.

I understand sale items may have different policies, but such restrictions should be made much clearer before purchase. Overall, the quality and customer-friendly experience did not match the expectations created by the marketing.

I bought 4 shirts together in which wanted to return 1 shirt. App didn’t allow me to book a return, when i called the customer care i was told that there is pickup partner and i will have to courier the shirts and my nearest courier hub is 5 to 6 km away. This has given me a bad experience and have now been thinking to stop buying online from banana club. Other competitors are providing better services in return pickup. Now the shirt is with me which I didn’t like and wanted to return.

Soo basically cloth quality was pretty good 
I ordered jeans of wrong size soo i exchanged it with a size larger but their order checking and return and exchange checking system is worst they direcy you to the web page then you put you details there again despite having in that in the app and much much drawbacks of the app are there

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase experience. I ordered 8 shirts expecting decent quality, but the products turned out to be far below expectations.

I initiated a return/refund request for all the shirts, however only 4 items have been picked up so far. The remaining shirts that were also marked for return are still pending pickup, which is frustrating and inconvenient.

This kind of partial service and delay in handling returns is unacceptable. I request the team to immediately arrange pickup for the remaining shirts and process the refund without further delay.

I ordered boxers through this app...the size I ordered according to size chart was 35inch and the size I got was 38inch...I even think it was oversized more than 38
This discrepancy is present even in their pleated pants..
When I tried to return or exchange.. there's no option..the app is just stupid for contacting..and when tried  contacting them an ai bot answers and does nothing but talks to you and tells your issue has been registered and a person will call you back...and that person never calls..
It's been more than a week now..my friend never got his refund on his pleated pants order for which he sent back for refund..and I never got the call nor the exchange.
Im thinking to file a lawsuit..as my uncle is a lawyer, aunty a Judge ..because I need brands to take responsibilities instead of just selling products like sellers in a train.

My experience with the Banana Club has been utterly disappointing due to their pathetic customer care, unprofessional attitude, and unjust return policy, which was confirmed through multiple customer reviews. 
I submitted a return request via their app, but it was nearly impossible to do so because of severe glitches. After six days, I finally managed to raise the request with persistent effort. Because of the app issues, I did not receive any notification about my request. When I attempted to address this with their AI agent—since reaching a human was impossible and their phone lines were unreachable—I was ignored. I escalated the matter when their human agent contacted me two weeks after my purchase, but they showed no professionalism, refused to acknowledge the app's faults, and denied my return request. The product itself is good, but their inability to properly sell and “do not know how to sell a good product” or support their products reveals a lack of competence. Their customer support is disgraceful, and I strongly suggest they invest in genuine customer care rather than relying on an AI agent. This is my first and last purchase. Despite liking the product, their poor customer service and unprofessionalism will prevent them from succeeding in this business, especially as they charge 100 rupees per product for returns amid such substandard support.
