They didn’t ever email me or let me know that they canceled it. I only saw it was canceled because I checked online. Of course when I called them they ship a replacement in time for the wedding. I’m a tall size, so it’s impossible for me to shop off the rack. Who cancels an order without a phone call or something??? They REALLY screwed me and I will never shop here again. ### 1/5 — Why does my shopping cart not transfer? *2025-08-10, version 15.5.0* I’m logged in on the browser website and on the app. Why is it showing my shopping cart as empty in my app even though I have items in my cart on the browser site? This will make it incredibly difficult if people are shopping on a browser on their computer and transitioning to shopping on the app on their phone ### 1/5 — Ordered an item. They did not deliver. Charged me anyway. *2025-04-25, version 14.8.0* I have spent hundreds of dollars at BR over the years and have always been happy. Months ago I ordered a trench coat and never received it. After fighting it for months they charged me anyway. I will never buy from them again. And I hope you won’t either.
