I submit most strongly that the bank holds responsibility BECAUSE the fraudster was in FULL possession of ALL my personal details AND the business processes and documentation of the bank! Please be aware that I will pursue my claim against the bank via every channel. And if discrete claims do not work I intend to broadcast my claim via the media. I set up face recognition and very once in a while it just stops working and it is unclear how to access the app again. Approximately the third or fourth time you go to access the app it fails to open, which means you need to delete it and then download it again which then requires you to go through all the security settings all over again.
