A página frequentemente congela e sempre há demora no carregamento dos menus. Muitas vezes deixo de utilizar o cartão, pois ainda não é possível adiciona-lo na carteira digital no iOS. ### 1/5 — Terrible & unreliable *2025-04-25* Terrible app, keeps giving spinning wheel. Even after updating the app, the Home Screen keeps showing spinning wheel. I need to pay my boleto but I can’t due to stupid app. ### 1/5 — The worst experience *2025-02-28* This bank works as an intermediate for transferring money to Brazil via Wise. The experience with this bank is beyond frustrating. They block the money for a few weeks and every week return with some additional requirements on what kind of documents they need, however all the documents were provided initially. An impression that they’re dragging it on purpose to delay as much as possible or make this transfer a failed one. Alem disso, app eh muito limitado - nao da nem para administrar os investimentos (aplicar). Statement should give me statement for at least the past 3 months without having to use filters. To log out, should only be only 2 steps, 2 clicks in the same position on the screen. ### 1/5 — Poor experience with app *2026-06-05* The app has serious stability issues. It constantly shows error messages, crashes during basic actions, and the PIX section simply doesn’t work. A banking app needs to be reliable, and right now this one isn’t. I hope the developers fix these problems soon because it’s impossible to use the app as it is. ### 1/5 — Only Portuguese *2026-05-20, version 7.4.4* I opened the account as no resident account because I’m not Brazilian, it makes sense that they create an English version because obviously I am not Brazilian everything is in Portuguese, it’s a nightmare to understand how things work, especially that the sign-up process is extremely complicated. I have been trying to login for about a month. ### 1/5 — Não dá pra criar um PIX recorrente *2026-04-25* Não existe a opção de criar um PIX recorrente com a conta de não residente, por exemplo se eu quero pagar X todo mês pra chave Y não tem como eu tenho de agendar de um em um e isso é bem inconveniente. Praticamente todos os outros bancos e finteches possuem essa funcionalidade. ### 1/5 — Terrible bank and app *2026-04-24* They constantly block Pix payments which is super awkward when you’re trying to pay for something. I’ve had to get my partner to pay for stuff for me because of frozen payments they’re apparently “analyzing”. Their multi factor security token is regularly bugged and requires an app reinstall which means another obnoxious and frankly ridiculous face scan. The “security” features make this bank unusable. I am regularly anxious when I go to pay for something. Lastly, their support is barely responsive at all. It might take a whole day for a Whatsapp response. No idea how long for a phone call because I haven’t had the patience to wait long enough yet. ### 1/5 — App is too basic and doesn’t work well *2026-04-17* Asks to update my investor profile… I update (with a goal of preserving capital) and it says my profile is “Aggressive “… then keeps saying I need to update my profile!!!! The “intern” must be the one taking care (?!) of the app! ### 1/5 — Most difficult possible way to use pix *2025-12-27* Not only is there an app splash screen which wastes time, but you have then to swipe scroll from the top to the entire bottom of *not one but two entire screens* to confirm everything, only to then have to enter a manual code. Twice You. Do. This. Every. Single. Time. Every. Single.Transaction.
