Ingresé todos los datos que me pedía hasta mi social fotos de mi DUI y foto de mi rostro y después de aver entregado toda mi información decía que cargaba me quedé esperando y hasta esta fecha todavía estoy esperando…
No sé qué hacen con tu información

Abrí una cuenta dijital de ahorro en mi cuenta principal de ahorro donde puse parte de mis ahorros y la dejé ahí sin tocar por. Un tiempo ahora que reviso el portal en la aplicación mi cuenta dijital desapareció y no tengo acceso a ella , mandé un correo electrónico al email de banco y me dicen que está inactiva por no usarla ,ahora quieren que llene un montón de documento para reactivarla y me piden el número de cuenta al cual no tengo acceso, esto es muy frustrante y estresante ya que me están haciendo hacer un montón de trámites por algo que no sabía que iba a ocurrir nunca me pasó esto en otros bancos , esto no debería ser así en mi opinión , está bien que desactiven la cuenta, pero no que desaparesca completamente del portal ya que siento que alguien hackeó mi cuenta y se robo mis ahorros eso me hacen sentir cuando ya no veo mi cuenta en el portal 😤😡

This app it’s an scam, it took my information more then 7 times, every time I did it it was the correct information but it keep saying that there was an error, bad internet connection or want me to repeat the process, wondering what they are doing with people information? I hope you destroy my information or I’m going to take legal action. Plain and simple.
