## What is BancPass?

The BancPass app allows you to manage your BancPass Toll Sticker account using your iPhone. The BancPass Toll Sticker is a prepaid electronic toll tag that can be purchased at major retailers in the Houston and Kansas areas. After the sticker is installed and the account is activated, the vehicle is able to use the system to pay for tolls on all toll roads in Texas, Kansas, and Oklahoma. Visit www.BancPass.com for a list of participating retailers that sell and/or reload the BancPass Toll Sticker. Some of our retailers include Kroger, Dillons, H-E-B, Costco, foodarama, CVS, 7-Eleven.

Customer service has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had. They are unhelpful, and unable to resolve even simple issues. On top of that, the toll charges don't always seem accurate, and trying to get an explanation is a frustrating process.

I downloaded this app thinking it would make traveling easier, but it has done the exact opposite. Between delayed toll postings, questionable charges, and terrible customer service, it has been nothing but a headache. Save yourself the frustration and skip this app. Get your state's official toll tag instead—it's far more reliable and will save you time, money, and stress.

Had the app for 5 days. Driven through multiple tolls through multiple states. Not a single charge from any has updated. Defeats a major reason for this whole deal. Can’t call anyone on the weekends to verify if I’m overdrawn or good.

It never withdrawals your trip immediately. I am having to do the math myself. It’s not fair to us that you all want to send our toll violations but you also want to upload 37 trips in one day.
