Today 08/24 we tried using for church like we normally do but the app keeps going black and doesn’t work. We made sure everything was updated tried uninstalling and reinstalling. We have about 200 songs typed up. It’s a great app and super user friendly. Wish there was an easier way to reach out for help. I didn’t want to use the review option. 2 days ago the app stopped letting me access my playlists. I can select the lists, but it won’t open. When I select library, it opens that for about 3 seconds and then closes the app. Help!! I thought myself who created the account the people you invite should have all the access to it. I think this needs to be fixed. ### 3/5 — Good choice with hopefully some improvements down the road *2023-06-17* I love the ability to control the font size and to highlight the beginnings of verses. As a vocalist, that’s really key. What’s unfortunate is that there’s an individual library for each band you’re in so even if your band sing similar song with one another, you have to manually copy and paste the song over I’ve also found it is very easy to accidentally delete an entire set list. Lastly, there are a lot of duplication issues duplicate song, listings duplicate set listings and duplicate band listings. Needs some work still on the editing functionality but that’s not a showstopper for using the app. ### 1/5 — App no longer works, can’t cancel subscription, and can’t get a response *2023-04-18* This app worked well for a bit but there are multiple bugs that have prevented use of setlists and now I can’t access my bands song list of about 50 songs. When I cut or copy a tune to paste into another group, the app crashes and closes. Also, ever since the last update, nothing works anymore…. All songs changed groups, no longer in alphabetical order, and lost all options to work with. Reached out to the app developer several times asking for help and support but never heard back. Thank you ### 2/5 — Songs and set lists are too clunky *2023-03-22* Bands rarely keep things static for long. Having an app you have to fight with to change your set lists is hard to deal with. This feels like a very good idea that nobody bothered to polish up. Automatically moving through your set list is great, but songs shouldn’t be stuck in a single set list. I’ve had the app crash on me for attempting to hit the copy button dozens of times. Wish list: 1) Chords above lyrics. Being able to have a button to transpose those chords would be great too. 2) being able to have an overall song library, and being able to add a song easily from the library to any set list would make this much more functional. 3) a tap tempo button for when the band is going just a bit faster/slower than the studio version **Developer response:** Hi CRZELI, Thank you for your feedback. The tempo can already be changed, which reflects in the indicator. If I understand correctly you suggest a button to tap which gathers the tempo instead of setting a number. It was time consuming on this clunky ui to add all the durations just for it to tell me an incorrect time of 5:45 for my 16 song playlist that’s closer to 80 min. Waste of $2 ### 3/5 — Not Ready For Primetime *2022-12-12* Interesting app/concept and has a lot of potential. But frankly, I’ve grown tired of the the word-input of the lyrics being buggy and not being able to line-up the scrolling of the text with the intended song. I made it almost through the third song before I gave up. Had several reliability problems over the years. This last practice for an important gig the app quit working for all our members. All the work in our library is now inaccessible as the app isn’t working. Reported problem but no response. My old account doesn’t sync. I was due to re up on premium. I did so. It won’t recognize me. I nay found tech support by searching the comments. The tech support button does nothing. I emailed support. Got nothing back. So I’ll have to go back through apple-again- to try and get a refund. It should save on your local device. Fr re, Nicky ### 1/5 — Terrible. Absolutely horrible. *2023-10-01* The interface is buggy. The process to create set lists is overly complicated. But the main problem is this thing will just arbitrarily remove songs from not only the set list, but the library. You haven’t lived until you’ve done a gig where you have to take long breaks between every other song while you google search and copy/paste lyrics that you have to re-add to your library (so that you can then add to your setlist). It’s a really simple task (putting lyrics up on your iPad) that should be really easy to achieve. But this app manages to fail. It’s happened to me at almost every gig. Songs disappear from all lists. And sometimes lyrics will be replicated out of nowhere. I thought maybe it had something to do with the internet reception. But it happens with any Wi-Fi reception scenario. Also, why does it have to connect to the internet at all? I’ve copied lyrics from the internet to my iPad. Fr re, Nicky ### 1/5 — Just got worst *2023-08-19, version 2.5000* We used to love this app for all of our gigs. It was easy to use and was at one point very friendly. After an update, it was hard to add a song from the library. Instead of 2 clicks, it’s now like 5 clicks to add a song. What’s worst now is, we have a gig today, and our whole set list of songs, gone. Completely wiped. Unable to find. Not sure what happened but now we have to try and remember our set from straight memory. I usually post my lyrics in notes on the iPad and then have a scrolling battle on stage but this is amazing!
