Having the payment option built into the app makes settling a transaction painless...I always hated the last minute negotiations people do when buying/selling on Craigslist and Band of Hands has solved this problem. I love the ability to quickly post a job that I need done but don't have time to do it and I can easily check out the applicants by viewing their previous performance history and reviews so I know who I'm getting. Finally an app that incorporates the best of Craigslist and Uber into one simple app! Way to go Band of Hands! ### 5/5 — The Uber of getting a helper! *2016-04-20, version 1.0* The Band of Hands app lets you request someone to do a job or task and have an agreed upon flat or hourly rate. Just like Uber you don't have to exchange any money but rather the app handles it. Like Yelp and Uber it lets you rate and review the person who helped. I used it to have a helper pick up my skis and take them to my friends place in the city. It was easy to post the job. When I got someone who wanted to do the task, it lets me check out their profile. We setup a time he picked them up and dropped them off. Once I confirmed it, I just clicked pay and Band of Hands did the rest. Couldn't be any easier. I could see it using it for all kinds of chores, especially since you can say you need someone with a truck! For moving stuff, hauling wood/trash, picking up plants/ground cover from Home Depot, etc...
