Slams multiple notifications when you’re playing tournaments. Slow to load at times. And the servers can’t handle the volume of people currently trying to sign up for the next pre release. You’d think Bandai would get their act together at some point. ### 1/5 — Disappointing for players *2026-08-07* This app is extremely disappointing to use. I understand that having an app like this to help coordinate events and play for Bandai must be helpful for them. But large event drop after large event drop is never handled well. And then even though I participate as a player in my LGS locals almost every week I rarely ever get into the big tournaments due to the app crashing for myself somehow almost ALWAYS. But then I’ll go and see people that are only ever there for big tournaments or I’ve never seen before. Which is hard to see. I’d much prefer having to just have a Bandai account that players must have but still registering tournaments with your local store. ### 1/5 — Worst app of all time *2026-08-07, version 1.169* Having a great time registering for prerelease ### 1/5 — App not letting you log in for events *2026-08-07, version 1.169* Bandai can’t handle large amounts of users. I’ve been trying to log in for over 2 hours to sign up for events but keep getting “A system error has occurred” on their end. It wants me to “clear browser cache” ??? I’m on your app, what do you mean you want me to clear browser cache ### 1/5 — Worst app in the world *2026-08-07* Getting an error when trying to login .Anytime there is a big event. The app decides to not want to work takes forever to load will kick you out when you’re already logged in and they know they need more servers for it but refused to get any they cannot help their player base and only wanna help scalpers. They can make this right by making the servers better in the app better or allowing you to login or sign up for events not only through the app, but we’ll see if they change. ### 1/5 — Terrible sign ups *2026-08-07, version 1.169* Geniunly some of the worst sign ups ive ever seen, it’s so slow, laggy, and Getting perma logged out and there was no way of signing up for a release event without a robot or ai. When you hit sign in it takes you to a page and not let you sign in. Completely unacceptable. Its like the goal of the design was to screw over players and fans. You like playing any of your favorite Bandai games? Hope you want to learn to hate it! A terrible miserable experience where when you go to sign up for events the app will log you out without permission and then you will be unable to log back in, watching as Bots and others get to sign up for events you will now be on the waitlist or straight out unable to sign up for! When is Bandai going to realize it’s not rocket science to address all these bugs. Do better guys please. ### 1/5 — Could be so much better *2026-08-26* Anyone saying they have a great experience with the app is conflating it with irl. The community is great (at least locally) and there are really amazing stores that care about the player base. Bandai on the other hand, could provide so much more support and practicality through their app. Not to mention how much the meta has shifted throughout this year. No doubt that catching up with Japan was a good move but essentially decimates a static deck throughout the year as players go from one meta to the next. All that aside, this app has so many random bugs. It seems awful for store managers to setup (though my local’s make it work). And they keep removing my favorite stores weekly events for seemingly no reason. ### 1/5 — Fangt am besten gar nicht an *2026-08-20* Die App gibt es nicht mal auf deutsch. Zudem überlässt bandai den Markt den Scalpern. Es werden keine Maßnahmen ergriffen, womit die Preise stabil bleiben. Anstatt die Ware in die normalen Einzelhandelläden zu geben und den tcg Stores Preise vorzuschreiben, freut sich bandai in Japan ausverkauft zu sein. ### 1/5 — Signing In Typo *2026-08-16, version 1.169* Come on this is an easy fix. I can’t sign in because one page consist of 4 fields asking for First Name, First Name, Last Name, Last Name. On the computer it’s actually asking for address so I kept getting error. Every single time there are tournament sign ups it crashes and/or goes into slowmo. The worst part is a recent tournament signup signed me out of my account and I couldn’t log back in. Times out every search. I don’t understand how you can actually develop an app this bad. There a function to favorite a store. You should be embarrassed ### 1/5 — Actually one of the worst apps I’ve ever used *2026-08-07* I can’t believe a company worth $21.6 billion USD made an app this abysmal. A computer science major in the middle of Wyoming with a 4g router and basic coding could come up with a better app. The UI is awful and laggy, and god forbid you try to use the app for its intended purpose of signing up for a prerelease because that is not possible. The cherry on top is the constant crashes.
