A Force Touch menu on the calendar view of the logbook to delete individual entries when multiple are registered for a single day would also be a nice touch Great app, developers open to feedbacks, it’s good sticking with it over the years! **Developer response:** Once again, thank you for the detailed feedback, and for sticking with Bandbreite over the years. The startup loading issue in weak connection conditions is known, and a fix is coming in the next update. Liquid Glass is still on the way. With the latest updates from WWDC26, it will be even better and worth the wait. Not every request shapes the app the same way, but some of yours clearly have. The door is always open. [Update] Both Liquid Glass and the Haptic Touch Menu on the Calendar View made it into the latest update. ### 4/5 — Great! However, everything must come to an end I suppose. I use an iPad Air 2 for the app and when the update dropped (the one that introduced payments for certain normal behaviours) it became incompatible with my little iPad friend. So, I will still use it to catalogue my Apple Watch straps but only the ones released prior to Sept 2025 as no ‘strap catalogue’ update seems forthcoming for older versions. Still, it was a great app while it lasted. PS: there is another review that is listed here and it wasn’t written by me and was immediately deleted when it was discovered by me. But, as the app author has replied to it it still appears if looked for. Please bear in mind my actual full opinion that I would share publicly with others is the review written above. Not that first one that was replied to and is now unresolvable. ### 4/5 — Vote How? 🤔 *2025-12-22, version 2.2* Inside the app I see a prompt inviting me to vote for the band of the year, however I see nothing at all indicating where or how one does this. So would you please provide some guidance on this? ### 3/5 — Lacking Persistent Light Mode *2025-12-10, version 2.1.1* Nice app but missing persistent light/dark mode. It only matches system light/dark mode — I’d appreciate persistent light mode since all the images are on white backgrounds. Please add a toggle in the Appearance tab. Also toggles and other UI elements are ridiculously tiny. I’d like to see Liquid Glass incorporated at some point too. Truthfully should use some more stock Apple UI elements because the custom ones miss the mark a bit. ### 4/5 — Useful but lacking comparison feature *2025-11-07, version 2.1* I’ve been filling out my watch collection by buying older, discontinued styles online, and this app is great for tracking what I own and seeing what colors I missed but might want to pick up. The images I can verify with my own watch bands are about as true to color as I’d hope for in a digital tool. However, there are a lot of colors that are similar, and there is no way to compare two or three bands simultaneously (e.g., wisteria and lilac, the many blues, the same color across different styles, etc.). That seems like a notable omission that I imagine would be very useful to anyone trying to match a particular color, decide which style to get for a given color, or decide if one band is different enough merit hunting it down. It’s a great app, but I decided to delete it. Just to add some bands to a database, I will not make a subscription. ### 2/5 — Too limited in functionality *2025-06-15, version 2.0.2* The developer reassures reviewers that they only need to pay if they have more than 5 bands. I say why would anyone with fewer bands even bother with this app. I have collected 20 bands over the last 10 years and have some devices that don’t run iOS18 so I guess the app is no longer for me. Improvement suggestions to make a payment more likely: Allow multiple collections so one could separate narrow, wide and ultra bands for different watches. Or alternatively those bands that suit a black watch or a silver one. I can do that on the notes app, or even develop my own app. So enjoy trying to get some money as the app slowly descends into oblivion. While I understand a developer’s desire to monetize his work, without warning Version 2 holds existing users hostage until they give the creator money just to continue using the cataloguing function. Feels like extortion, Mr Chudzinski. If your intent is not to “shake down” your followers, perhaps you’d consider re-releasing Version 1 with its fewer bells and whistles, but with the original cataloguing function for free — alongside your fancier, paid Version 2. ### 1/5 — Brak dodania opasek do kolekcji *2025-05-23, version 2.0.2* Zauważyłem, że od niedawna nie można dodać nowej opaski do kolekcji (maksymalnie 5). Ça me permet aussi de consulter ma collection de 29 bracelets et de faire la liste de mes prochains achats. Avoir les statiques de tous ces bracelets c’est juste génial. Cependant pour pousser l’expérience plus loin encore j’adorerais pouvoir crée de raccourci par exemple lorsque je choisit le bracelet que je porte aujourd’hui cela change ma Watch Face automatiquement. Et ça serait vraiment cool d’avoir le logbook dans le menu en bas pour y accéder plus rapidement. Encore merci pour cet incroyable travail. Elle permet d’ajouter ses bracelet à sa collection pour savoir où l’on en est. Elle est aussi très utile pour trouver de nouveaux bracelet à acheter et voir toute les couleurs qui ont été disponible 😁 Le design rappel celui d’Apple, ce qui renforce l’envie de s’en servir !
