On ne peut pas exporter les stats en pdf. ### 2/5 — Needs work w/ messages and donations. *2025-08-09* Navigating being an artist with Bandcamp is rough. The only way you can contact them is email. Imagine being signed to a record company or working on releasing your album to the masses through a distributor and only having access to your them through email. You can’t get them on the phone for help at all. That’s what band camp basically is. Around £120 per year. Over the last month, the stats are not working correctly. Plays are not being counted accurately. I’ve tested this with several browsers, iOS app and I know my fans have been playing my work a lot. I’ve watched friends play my work back after telling them about my tracks yet the plays don’t register. My stats have not worked correctly to for a month and so perhaps sales aren’t being tracked or captured too? Who knows. Customer support is virtually non existent (I’m based in the UK) and despite emailed the Bandcamp support and contacted via social networking platforms but haven’t received any form of acknowledgment or reply to any communication. Such a shame. I’ve turned a great many artists onto Bandcamp and really believed this was the best app for independent artists. However, recently, it would appear that may not be true. They’ll collect the monthly payments without delay or error yet don’t seem to be able to provide the services I’m paying for from the Bandcamp platform as an artist. I may just have to take my business elsewhere. I’ll also be investigating how best to ensure Bandcamp are accountable for this poor service and how I might escalate this complaint further. Artists; look at all options for platforms that you can stream and sell your music from. Bandcamp may not be the only fruit… ### 3/5 — Can’t listen to your tracks *2025-01-04* I was looking for a way to listen to my own music on my phone without having to “open my heart or my wallet”. It’s neat seeing stats but like…if I need to fix an issue with an upload or something along those lines it’s utterly useless. As actually managing my music is the reason I downloaded the app, it’s quite frustrating that all I can do is look at sales and view figures…not exactly why I started making music frankly, that’s what my day job is for… ### 1/5 — Can’t log in. *2026-02-19* I’ve been trying to log back in after logging out and it’s just not recognising my email or password. I’ve tried logging in using the username vs the email. Nothing works, I get the same message every time, “Oops Please first re-verify your account using the link we just emailed to you.” Click the link and it brings me to the browser which works fine. Try and go back to the app and get the same error. It will be months before it registers a stat, I know this because I had friends literally play my tracks from their phone multiple times and it never registered in the stats section of the app at all.
