After struggling for a while, I managed to get it set up. But now, for the past two weeks, every time I try to log in to make a purchase or do anything, the app just shows a “Forbidden” message. This makes the app completely unusable. For something as important as managing mutual fund investments, reliability should be the top priority, and unfortunately, this app has failed on that front. ### 1/5 — SIP not being debited *2025-09-26, version 2.8* Lodged complaint number of tomes with the Customer Care of both fund house and the bank. Not able to create portfolio always keeps giving error ‘portfolio creation failed’ no reasons mentioned. 2. Every time I have to enter all the details again like my personal details, bank details, nominee information etc (this should be saved in your system) before eventually it fails due to error above. 3.
