Fixed the map: a provider notice was showing across the streets. It is now dark too, like the rest of the app.

New search to find a city or an event on the map.

And tapping a dot now shows which group it is, its description, and lets you join right there without leaving the map.

Moving between screens is now instant.

The first time you opened chat, the map or your profile there was a wait of about half a second. Now the app gets them ready on its own while you are not using it, and they open straight away.

We also removed unnecessary waiting when entering each section.

A cleaner feed, and a new welcome.

• Event posters show their real colours again instead of being tinted purple
• Group names read clearly over any poster, light or dark
• Unread messages show a count, not just a dot
• New welcome that asks which events you would actually go to
• The venue now shows the real address instead of the event name
• Groups no longer have a seat limit, so nobody is left out
• Women only and men only groups, marked before you join
• Faster loading, and the back arrow works when you open Bandout from a shared link

### 1.0.16 — 2026-08-21

You can now create several groups for the same event. Before, if you already had one, the app put you into the existing group instead of creating yours. Also fixed: the zoom that stayed stuck when searching events, the icon overlapping the text when creating a plan, and event descriptions are now in English. The app also loads faster.

### 1.0.15 — 2026-08-19

Sharing an event now sends a link that actually opens. Fixed profile and name saving, your chosen language now sticks after closing the app, and group chats no longer clear when you send a message. Deleting private messages and reporting abuse now work reliably instead of failing silently.
