### 3/5 — It was good until it wasn’t

We were using the app. Band member got a new phone number and tried downloading the app on his new phone. Couldn’t get him added and it wouldn’t let me add other  members when trying to create another band to remedy the situation. 

Also, it wouldn’t let be great to have a group chat feature inside the app.

**Developer response:** Hi JKim91 - I’m sorry you ran into this. The issue you described with adding a band member after they changed phone numbers definitely isn’t how BandRoadie is supposed to work, and I’d really like the opportunity to figure out what happened and get it fixed.

BandRoadie has an in-app bug reporting and feature request option specifically for situations like this. You can also contact me directly by email. I personally review the feedback I receive, and bug reports from users are incredibly helpful because they give me a chance to identify and fix problems that I may not otherwise know exist.

I just wish you had reached out before leaving a negative review so I could have had the opportunity to help resolve the issue first.

And thanks for the group chat suggestion. Feature requests are always welcome too.

This app has made our band organization super streamlined. We now can schedule things with ease and organize, set list and other band functions, which are invaluable. This app ROCKS!
