Once the ID has been assigned you have to safe the Card-image immediately, cause the damn thing just demands the ID to login and no confirmation mail is sent. Then you can book and manage it. I do see that there’s been an update in the last couple of days and I would have installed this app shortly after the most recent update so I’m wondering if something was missed there. Based on the complaints about the app being inaccurate versus what the airline says or does, maybe it’s best that I’m not able to use it. ### 1/5 — App and Airline are Terrible *2024-02-20* Do yourself a favor and book on Thai Aireays instead. Theis app itself is similar to Thai Airways, but noticeably worse. Flight times are wrong, delays are not reported, you can choose seats but then the airline reassigns them when you get to the airport. Staff was dismissive to discrepancies the app told us (a shock, the only rude people in Thailand). ### 1/5 — Needs lots of improvements *2023-11-20* This app doesn’t even let you click the buttons because it’s not designed for a universal compatibility of iPhones. On my iPhone 14 Pro Max, the upper part of the app is out of the screen, makes it very hard to click the back button, I can give this junk only one star as it lacks the basic usability. ### 2/5 — Potential but... *2023-04-25* Nicely designed & actually lets you buy tickets which is great but you physically have to add your trips your self which I had to do to prove the check in person at PNH that I had already paid for extra luggage. Flight is delayed & instead of updates it says "your flight already flew". I almost had a heart attack but no we are all sitting here with no announcements about the delay. I had to go ask personally why the app said the plane left when it had not even arrived. Now crashes on loading *2022-08-03, version 7.0.2* It’s jus like the timeliness for Bangkok Air to return emails regarding booking a flight (2 weeks both times) when their website also failed to allow a booking. You can’t do anything. Everytime at the checkout I put down my Visa or Mastercard and for some reason when I want to purchase the flight an error occurs. Even thought I went throught the verification of my banking app. Then the flight is shown as booked in the app just to dissappear later again. I tried this three times now, also with a different card. When booking on the desktop versions website it seems to work. So the app is only good for checkin into the flight and show the boarding pass. Booking a flight would be very convenient too and would have saved me time and effort. ### 1/5 — Hopeless…avoid like the black plague. *2024-10-18, version 7.0.7* This app is the most frustrating useless rubbish on the Apple Store. Good luck trying to join the FlyerBonus too. 1: won’t download digital card to your Wallet app. 2: logs you out before you can even set up your FlyerBonus ID. 3: won’t let you log back in bc you have no FlyerBonus ID in the first place. 4: won’t accept your name or email to retrieve the ID. 5: what is the point of this ridiculous app in the first place? Seriously, it’s 2024. Get it together for gods sake. If you enjoy ripping your hair out and wasting hours of your time…install it now. The app has the same build up as the one of Thai Airways, so it was a very easy booking process. ### 5/5 — Perfect *2020-02-03, version 4.0.4* À cause des commentaires précédents j’ai hésité à télécharger et pire encore à faire confiance à l’application mais il faut maintenant mettre les commentaires à jour, l’application est top, vols en direct et en promotions pour certains avec un détails bien complet et un récapitulatif de réservation, on peut choisir son siège, son repas bref tout est très bien expliqué et à jour ! application sécurisée pour les paiements. Personnellement j’en suis très satisfaite et je le recommande !
