App Store is highly reputed international company must know what App is promoting. The application encourages subscribers by all its explanations how good the application is and no mention of its price. But once installed it asking to purchase the full version because the subscribers now finding difficult to use it effectively as there are absence of many elements that make a proper Bengali keyboard. Under the circumstances the customers feel forced to buy. After buying the problems persists. There is no instruction or explanation how to find out the intricate joint letters work. For example to write “ অথ money or “ অর্থাৎ is correct version but from another application “ “ none is available. This is very infuriating and and total waste of money and time. The application icon on touching open up but does not show any thing and keep asking to “ restore buy “ on pressing further a glove circle and then a purchase template appears even though it already had been purchased.
