The customer service is atrocious. The app will randomly cancel your booking. The queue times are never accurate. They lie to your face on the phone and accuse you of making multiple booking when you call about said cancelled booking.

Constantly picks up my home as next door and doesn’t save the changes,  picking location is dreadful, picking a time should be part of the form.  I literally have to cancel every booking as it gets it wrong.  A simple form with pickup, destination and time is all that is needed.  Instead we have an app written by an absolute amateur!!  Don’t download just ring

I entered my card details onto the app and initially I was charged £1.01, immediately after making a booking that was estimated to be £5.10 I was charged £15. When I phoned the office to ask about this the man speaking was very rude and unable to provide me any information. My fare cost me £5.30 and I have not been refunded the rest of the money Bangor Cabs took from my account. I’m not impressed with this and won’t be using the app again. Charging me an overall price of £16.01 before my journey ended is ridiculous. I’m not happy with the app or the customer service. Poor job Bangor Cabs.

Find it absolutely ridiculous that people who book a taxi the day BEFORE on the app and they still manage to be 20 minutes late. Sort it out!!! People have jobs to get too and depend on you guys to get us there when booked. When I then rung nobody answered, wouldn’t be using this taxi company again.

Usually the point of an App is to make things faster, but it takes 15-20 minutes sometimes to just get a feedback that a cab has been dispatched, once it has it might be another 10 minutes, and I live just up the street from their main location. Usually the excuse is: It is raining, many people want cabs.. well I have news for you, this is Northern Ireland, it is ALWAYS raining..more than one star because the drivers are always super nice, but who ever manages this thing..

The app is great and got very modern in the last year, but an weird thing that hasn’t changed is the app icon cropping. You can see the edges of the logo, just makes it look abit tacky and easy fix. Just a heads up

Used the app for the first time today. Booked a taxi into Bangor then out from Wolseys. No dramas and extremely accurate with driver arrival time. Will definitely use again!
