Every time I try to get into the app it refuses and makes me start over and then refuses again again makes me start over!! Never finishing so have the online account !

Everytime I try to login it says access denied please contact a bank representative.

Signed in just as I would on the webpage and was prompted to create a pin (optional) 

Makes it so much easier to quickly access my accounts and an excellent amenity for all BANK 21 account holders.
