Each employee gives different information and false information about fees and they never tell you complete information 

i personally had different incidents: when i deposited USD and GBP in my account i was NOT informed that i will be charged “deposit foreign currency fees”

another incident was when i asked about “minimum balance fees” i was informed by two different employees that i won’t be charged if the MAIN account has at least 100JOD, and this piece of informatiom was wrong as they deducted “minimum balance fees” despite the false information i was given by two different employees in al weibdeh branch

The app itself functions fine, but the customer support experience is highly unprofessional. I recently dealt with a female representative who refused to assist me in a professional manner. Reliable customer service is essential for a banking application. I hope management addresses training to ensure better support moving forward.

وانا خارج الاردن لا يوجد اي رد على الهاتف او الشات من خلال البرنامج ، يتم اقتطاع مبالغ من الحساب او إيقاف عمليات مع حجز المبالغ بدون الرجوع للعميل ، حصلت معي مرتان ، وعند المراجعه يطلبون أوراق لا يوجد لها اي داعي ، ويوجد عندك تنسيق داخلي بين الموظفين في البنك ، بحيث ان كل موظف يخبرك بقصه مختلفه عن الاخر ، بنك سيئ جدا في التعامل والامانه
