يعني لو الدوام ما اجبرونا نفتح حساب عشان الرواتب والله ما افتح فيه لا نظام زين وكل شوي يجيك ايرور ولازم تمر البنك وحالتك حاله رايح راجع عليهم، على كثر ما فتحت بنوك إلا انهم ما يبطون التسبد زيهم.
بس للامانه اداره البنك إذا جيتهم عندهم اسلوب بس ما عندهم نظام

Hello,

Since your major application update, which replaced the previous app with this new version, the user experience has unfortunately become very unreliable. Problems are occurring continuously, and almost every day there are periods within the 24-hour cycle when the app becomes slow, unresponsive, or difficult to use.

For a banking application, stability and responsiveness are essential. Users need to access their accounts and perform transactions smoothly at any time, without repeated technical interruptions.

In addition, the overall platform would benefit from a full user-experience review. The interface is not as smooth or intuitive as it should be, especially when it comes to the prepaid cards section. Managing prepaid cards should be simple, fast, and clear, but currently the process feels complicated and inefficient.

I strongly recommend that the app be reviewed and improved in terms of performance, reliability, navigation, and overall usability. A banking platform should give users confidence, not frustration.

Worst app and worst website experience. Every single time there is something not working in the app. Sometimes you cannot update your personal information, sometimes there is a transaction issue, sometimes it just randomly crashed, sometimes it logs you out without any reason, sometimes you are unable to login. I am using this bank since 5 or 6 years and there is not a single time the app or website worked properly. I even don't want to give a single star.

After update, Too much deduction whenever i transfer or add money to wallet they charge too much. One time in one day i lost total of 126SAR and no transaction history showing even after so many days passed and until now issue not resolve
