For a banking application, stability and responsiveness are essential. Users need to access their accounts and perform transactions smoothly at any time, without repeated technical interruptions. In addition, the overall platform would benefit from a full user-experience review. The interface is not as smooth or intuitive as it should be, especially when it comes to the prepaid cards section. Managing prepaid cards should be simple, fast, and clear, but currently the process feels complicated and inefficient. I strongly recommend that the app be reviewed and improved in terms of performance, reliability, navigation, and overall usability. Every single time there is something not working in the app. Sometimes you cannot update your personal information, sometimes there is a transaction issue, sometimes it just randomly crashed, sometimes it logs you out without any reason, sometimes you are unable to login. I am using this bank since 5 or 6 years and there is not a single time the app or website worked properly.
