Face ID only works 1 time then next time you go to sign in it wipes out username and password. App is basic and does work just glitches, links don’t always work. I have actually let my account slip into freeze because without mobile banking I won’t use it. The app will say my username or password is incorrect but the website will work with the exact same information. I have to go to a browser (and that involves typing in ALL of the information now. I used to be able to auto input the login info). But now when I attempt to login, it gives me the option of having to receive a text or answer security questions. Regardless of the choice, it always says that it's "unable to process my request at this time", so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to come to the same conclusion. It's quite frustrating, and VERY inconvenient. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2021-10-08, version 5.0.0.2720* This app honestly gives me more and more of a reason to want to switch banks ### 1/5 — Non Responsive at the Geek Center *2021-09-08, version 5.0.0.587* My app wouldn’t open,nor would it allow me to delete it from my iPhone, with an error of 0014, and when I called in, the kind and respectful person that answered the phone could not get any of the geeks to come to the phone; they were throwing up questions that I had all the answers for but did not want to speak to the customer directly. I was told they would call me tomorrow since it was only 20 minutes until they “closed“.
