This app is a complete disaster. I don’t know how a bank as big as Bank Asia can have an app this terrible. It looks like it was designed in the early 2000s and never updated since.

•Login is a nightmare – Even if I check “Remember User ID,” it forgets every time. Face ID? Useless. I have to enter everything manually like it’s 1999.
•UI is embarrassing – It’s clunky, outdated, and honestly looks like a school project. How did this even get approved?
•Never updated, full of bugs – This app crashes, lags, and just feels broken. No improvements, no fixes, just frustration.
•Slow and unreliable – Even basic transactions take forever. Other banking apps are light-years ahead.

Bank Asia seriously needs to fire whoever is managing this app and start from scratch. Until then, don’t waste your time.

Cannot even register. I opened a new account and I cannot sign up. After providing the OTP it keeps loading forever and then just fails with a 500 Internal Server Error. Don’t you guys the app test before releasing?

Face ID doesn’t work, Remember me doesn’t work. cannot generate statements, no live transactions history for card. Otps are slow. Almost all features listed are broken. I literally have no way of knowing what transactions are being made on my card, anyone could be using my card and I would not know anything about it….

They force you to change passwords every 90 days. If somehow you forget your password you cannot reset the password using the app, you have to visit the branch to reset your passwords. Lots of hassle. I have used 3 other banking app and never saw one like this.

Every time we need to input user id. Clicking on “remember user id doesn’t work”. Face id login also do not work due to this user id issue

You cannot literally use your Face ID to unlock this Bank App. Everytime you have to copy & paste the user ID. Even if you try to register your Face ID that doesn’t work. Such a GORIBCHODA experience it is.
