One major downside UI wise, is the lack of support for newer generation iPhone devices including iPhone X, iPhone X🅂, iPhone X🅂 Max and iPhone XR models, which is unexpected from a major bank such as Audi, hence my 3 star rating. The app is not optimized yet to take advantage of the form factor and resolution of the OLED displays on the new iPhone models (text looks pixelated for example) Definitely editing my review for a much higher star rating when above adjustments are eventually implemented. ### 3/5 — Good app *2018-07-13, version 6.5* It’s a good app in general ... sometimes it needs reboot ( stuck at session expired message ) Rarely updated as its been almost a year now after iphone X release and its still not compatible with the screen ### 1/5 — You need to support iphone x *2017-12-12, version 6.5* The app doesn’t work on iphone x. ### 1/5 — What’s wrong with Bank Audi *2017-10-10, version 6.4* The old version was much easier to navigate! ### 1/5 — Worst App ever. But the guys at Audi's get drunk and made their best shot transferring almost all features from desktop to mobile version and ruin everything! Horrible app not advisable and if you still insist to download it you better have the time and your loop to decode the jungle of numbers and information available on your screen. Seems like I'm the first to review, so I'll keep it to the point. There are 2 apps 1) Audi Mobile 2) pin pay Difference? If you want to just check your balance, make a transfer (local) and have access to Customer services if need be, Audi Mobile is what you need. Pin Pay is an independent company working with Bank Audi and Bank Med that allows you to use your phone to pay for transactions up-to 500 USD/Day. Bank Audi let's you use the service for 3 months and then charges you a fee (5 USD I believe) per month, while Bank Med clients are the lucky ones who get to use the service free. This of course annoys me and everyone else for that matter if your an Bank Audi client. I was told by my branch that bank Audi didn't want to pay a fee to Pin Pay (whom are independent as I said above) hence why they only allow 3 month trial and then it's give me your cash afterwards. What I done simply, is register for the Bank Audi app and not pin pay. Allowing me to access any mobile bank app would have for free as that's all most of us need tbh. So, when you download Bank Audi app, and sign the documents at your local branch, make sure you tell them that you only want this app! Pin Pay is a separate app. Regarding the Bank Audi app, I gave it 3 stars for -simplicity, ease of use(login / logout) and its GUI (interface). I'm sure Bank Audi will make there app much more sophisticated when more people start using it. The app looks and acts like wer still on windows 95..... You have to wait after you login for 2 minutes so "the app finishes loading" and then when your in, you have to pick a certain date to see your transactions instead of directly showing the latest 20 for example....
