It crashes. Am running iPadOS 26.5.2 (23F84). ### 2/5 — Unavailable at the worst times *2026-06-10, version 6.1.2* It doesn’t happen weekly but the app often goes offline and isn’t fixed for hours. I’ve heard from others this is incredibly rare with other banks and honestly in this tech-dominant era having immediate access to my bank balance is really important and I am considering switching banks for this reason! Unreliable app. Yes, you could use online banking but that’s a hassle and takes longer to login. ### 2/5 — Latest update clunky *2025-10-13, version 6.1.0* I don’t know what they did. But the latest update seems slower and buggy. Cant filter the transaction types anymore. Terrible app. I need to be able to see the nicknames of the accounts when I’m transferring - all the accounts look the same. Tip: I know my own name, so it doesn’t need to be listed here. Some icons are clickable; some images look like icons don’t do anything; it’s impossible to tell the difference. And the same icon (coins) is used for diffèrent purposes within the app. (Do the app developers look at these reviews?! 😂 ) ### 1/5 — Useless! *2024-08-21, version 4.2.3* Pretty poor that I can’t even open the app! At some point in the last month, after using touch ID to login I now get a message of “token invalid” and now have to enter a PIN. It can sometimes take 4 or 5 attempts to login as the app freezes depending on how quickly you touch certain parts of the screen. It’s clear from the reviews that the last update still has a lot of issues. Still waiting to be able to rearrange my accounts and give them names? Every other bank app I’ve ever used has had this as an easy option. This app isn’t user friendly, there are so many unnecessary steps to do anything. ### 1/5 — Can’t even raise an account transfer limit with this thing *2022-06-14, version 4.1.7* If you’re going to not bother to implement basic account management like increasing limits with the app then please allow people to do this over the phone. This is a little abrasive and not needed. That said one glaringly obvious omission remains and has through every update, one that forces the use of the browser based login - the ability to view the amount to be paid to clear the balance of the credit card for the month. I can see the entire balance owing but not the amount due as is shown on the credit card statement itself. Why is this so difficult to achieve? It’s infuriating. At least deliver the ability to download the statement as a pdf, that’d be something positive. ### 4/5 — Review and update *2021-06-08, version 3.1.0* Why should I have to buy a new device (costing over $1000.00) just to update your app? You are supposed to be providing a service to your members (after all YOU are customer owned). Not all of your members are are earning more than $25,00.00 a year. I know you teachers earn more than that but some of us public servants do not. This doesn’t seem to be an option anymore - and the account tiles are wider, so it’s not possible to see more than three accounts without scrolling. Please bring back the user-managed account display options! Also, preferably showing all accounts as the first click would be ideal (now this involves extra clicks: login >(unnecessary, should be automatic), then > accounts. ### 3/5 — Locked out of app *2026-04-20, version 6.1.2* It’s very frustrating getting locked out of app .
