Its saying I need to update but wont let me. My mobile bank not working. Isnt the best thing just let me update

This app has plenty of little flaws that just make it a pain to use. For example, Face ID is constantly turning off. This is extremely inconvenient, looking up the password and having to type it in is flawed. I use a variety of other bank apps that have FiveNine beat by far.

I switched banks because of my mortgage. This app is the worst!! It doesn’t work most of the time on my phone when I need to use it so I end up going online. I can’t set up bill pay on the app. The online site is also outdated for phone use. When I set up bill pay I could only use whole dollar amounts, not cents.  I wish I would’ve stayed with my previous bank as the app and the online banking never failed me, particularly when used on my phone. Hoping I can switch back.
