I have no idea why they have this app ,the online banking was way better via website.

Slow bank apps i ever used,Nk buka app ni kemain lembap, loading memanjang, hari ni 26/11/2024 dari pukul 1 tengahari sampaj 5pm app tak boleh buka, loading dari tadi, dah deleted download balik pun still sama. Hire la company yang boleh run this app betul-betul👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This app is the most useless i have installed. Cant even pass the login page. Keep loading until tomorrow. The “most genius” is that they decided to make sure you cannot do any transaction using website and force you to download this useless app. After you download, you cant even do any transaction

An updated that caused old phone not compatible. NOT EVERYONE CAN AFFORD TO CHANGE PHONE. App offer to download and install previous compatible version but after installed and try to launch apps.....THIS TERRIBLE HORRIBLE GO APPS not even launch unless i update the TERRIBLE HORRIBLE GO APPS. Waste of time waste of money. BIMB SHOULD TERMINATE THIS DEVELOPER. THE SERVICE IS EXTREMELY DOWN THE DRAIN.

Cannot update properly, need uninstall in order to update.

Everytime when launching the app, always gets stuck on logo screen. Need to kill app in order to get login screen.

Please fix this annoying issue.

Sedih tengok apps bank islam, bila compare dgn apps bank RhB, Maybank, Am bank memg jauh beza, tak menarik, agak slow sikit, log in je terus display balance semata2…menu sorok…klu boleh icon menu susun lawa2, mudah nak cari semua function dlm apps tu..senang cerita, kurang mesra pengguna…boleh d perbaiki lagi sb lepas ni saya pengguna tegar bank islam, apps dn website, dua2 kene tambah baik…sekian terima kasih 😅
