Увидел в рекламе, оформил виртуальную карту, за две недели закинул 4к грн, забанили счет и требуют идти в банк писать заявления: ху—лы

Застосунок простий, не наворочений (як моно наприклад), але основне є: перекази, розрахунки, виписки, комунальні. Вигідніший курс для обміну валют онлайн, зручно відкривати депозити онлайн (з вигіднішими ставками ніж у відділенні). Це те, чим дійсно часто користуюся і мені все підходить. Паролі - так, просить змінювати, але ж це безпека моя і моїх даних.

Не маю уявлення яка хвора мавпа створювала цей додаток! Корегувати ліміти не можливо, переказати гроші на інший банк не має можливості, переглянути історію операцій по карті і все в такому дусі! Я хр1н його знає навіщо цей додаток!

Що за кончений додаток??? Кожного місяця одне і то саме - ваш пароль застарів,змініть його!!! Та будьте вже як нормальні додатки інших банків! Поставив один пароль і face id і не паришься більше про це!

В додаток заходжу рідко. Але, зазвичай, коли треба зайти - "та-даааам": зміна паролю. Не можна це ніяк відкласти, не можна ніяк зайти. Якщо мені треба терміново скинути гроші -дзуськи, сиди згадуй старий пароль, придумуй на ходу новий пароль ( це при тому, що вже не знаєш що придумувати, вже разів 5 мусив міняти).
Як результат - гроші не скинув, телефон ледь не кинув об підлогу, пароль не згадав, і тепер ще й треба дзвонити в їхню службу підтримки, щоб відновлювати пароль.
Крінж, треш, розчарування....

АЛЕ, все було б добре, якби була можливість відновити пароль дистанційно. В моєму випадку служба підтримки банку направила мене.....у відділення банку!!!!!! Тому що при заміні смартфону пуш повідомлення якось там не скидаються (з приватом і моно в мене ні разу не було проблем з входом в додаток, ні з паролями і т.д.). Варто вже перейняти досвід розробки додатків в тих, хто це робить якісно, і як для людей, для зручності. А не говорите постійно про безпеку і запрошуєте чомусь у відділення, щоб розібратися не з картою і не з банківчьким рахунком, а з ДОДАТКОМ......

Переказ коштів не можливо зробити за 2 клікі, як раніше писали в коментах розробники, для переказу потрібно вести повні дані, номер рахунку і іпн отримувача, ось наприклад, я зайшов до кафе, в них була проблема з терміналом і мені запропонували перевести на карту, після того як я запитав іпн людини для переказу вони дивно на мене подивилась, і звісно незнайомій людині не надала його, прийшлось бігати знімати готівку, немає ніякої статистики надходження в додатку(бачу по коментам в Appstore 3-х річної давності, що ситуацію не змінило, на дворі 2024 рік, а ви не можете додати звичайну функцію про яку користувачі просять вже 3 роки), додаток постійно висне, найкраща порада для всіх, просто не користуйтесь цим банком, якщо ви не хочете витрачати дурно свої нерви, і свій час, і ще, підтримка ЖАХЛИВА, написав в телеграм, мені сказали написати в повідомлення в додатку, вже 3 тижня чекаю відповіді від підтримки, на жаль я не можу нікому радити цей банк!!!
