However, it’s disappointing that it’s not possible to create a virtual card. You will regret dealing with this bank every time you use its services. Sporadically I try and activate the app on my new phone. Thus far it has never worked ! After sending the SMS, the clock whirrs round and round until it says it cannot connect and then blocks me for 15 minutes. This is recurring loop and never changes. I still have to log in via my old iPhone to look at my account which is highly frustrating !! Come on developers, I can’t be the only customer that this is happening to ??? ### 1/5 — Amazing bank but they changed the app *2025-04-06, version 4.101.1* I don’t know what end user study they did on the UI changes they’ve made in the banking app. I can’t even find how to make a simple bank transfer anymore, they’ve changed everything around, reworded things and it’s an absolute mess. The bank has been amazing for me for 10 years but in this current format this application is now useless. It won’t let me link the app to my account, and I’m not in PT. On top of that the bank in general has the dumbest password system I’ve ever seen in my entire life, they give you a seven digit number and then ask you for parts of it in different orders, like I’m going to remember that. What good is a password I have to write down to figure out how to access my account..... ### 1/5 — New version cashes upon log in *2019-06-30* I updated the app on my 5C and it crashes every time I try to log in.
