The orientation of the check when you take a photo is not caged to the camera and a person has to rotate the check and move the camera around a lot to frame and take a photo of it because the check is not oriented properly. Hard to describe. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2023-11-05, version 23.1.70* The system always down so I can’t check my bank information through the app. I cashed my check on payday and was broke the whole weekend because they took forever to deposit it. They don’t have 24 bank help like first horizon or other banks. The app has you sign into your account and then type your password again just to use zelle. Most the time I can’t get my mobile deposits to go through it’ll say I haven’t signed the back of that the amount is wrong and I have to go do it over and over. It’s gotten to the point I will have to wait to put money in till I can make it to the bank. It’s really annoying. If they could fix the bugs it’d be great.
