I first got this app with the hopes of it facilitating transactions and having to do less phone calls/visits to bank. 

App only & barely works during bank working hours. 99% of the time the app displays an error message when trying to transfer between accounts, or when trying to log in which makes me end up calling the bank anyway... 

Needs serious work.

The app crashes a lot
After a crash, when I try to login again it says that this user is already logged in and I can't login anymore 
And why not implementing Touch ID authorization, its much better than typing usernames and passwords and secret answers, even Apple let people pay using Touch ID and the Apple Watch. 
UI is outdated, and there is no need to play a video when the app launches, a simple image is faster and clearer. The app is not optimized for 4.7' and 5.5' devices and looks ugly on them

My username has "_" character, App always gives failed credentials eventhough they work from a webpage, plz attend to this issue.

Mobile services for prepaid card is not working and the app is very slow 
It needs lots of improvements

Very nice look and design for the new app, however, there is a bug that should be fixed. The app will kick you out once you go to accounts. Then you won't be able to log in again because you already have an active session... please fix the bugs.

Does what it's supposed to do. Consider an update to fix compatibility issues with iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus.
