Apps and sites/systems should be tested before release. As soon as I updated it, my fingerprint was no longer taken and my user name and password was not accepted. ### 1/5 — Heartland Financial ruined MJBTRC banking *2014-11-24* The old Morrill & Janes app was far better than this "savvy" branded one. The device authentication process has outdated contact information, which I am unable to correct, and is incapable of contacting me when the correct information is selected, thus making it impossible to authenticate my device to use the app. Touch ID integration would be a highly welcome addition, as well as a redesign to align more with the iOS look and format.
