Please fix the latest version of the app. It won’t load properly and I’m unable to see or transfer my funds. It’s not practical when you have your savings in an offset and are required to transfer some money out.

The previous version of the app was okay for what was needed.

If you ever wondered what banking felt like in 2005, just download this Bank of China app. You can’t change your transfer limit, can’t add a payee, I still exploring what it “can”do. 

It’s 2025, other banks are using AI to detect fraud, and here I am, waiting for the IT team to wake up so I can transfer money. Did the developers retire halfway through coding?

Honestly, the only reason I’m still using this account is because I needed it for something specific. Otherwise, I wouldn’t even entertain the idea of banking with such a gloriously outdated, IT-incompetent institution.

Thanks for the nostalgic experience though, it’s rare to see a bank so proudly allergic to progress.

I tried to open an account with my us passport in order to use a China Mainland bank to work my WeChat account in order to use WeChat pay. I was told that it takes two weeks to get an approval to open an account. I only have to weeks of vacation in China. By the time I get the approval I will be back to the US. Perhaps this is a common issue with all Chinese Banks not just this Bank.

用起来非常不顺手，转账完全不能实时到账，每次急用的时候都到不了帐，没有任何可以询问怎么办的地方，也没有任何人工客服，能不能花点时间认真做一下服务啊啊啊啊啊崩溃了

Wenn man ein Konto bei Bank of China in Deutschland hat, kann man mobile banking via online banking beantragen. 

Bei mir funktioniert die App reibungslos. Habe immer durch diese App SEPA und internationale Überweisung durchgeführt. Sehr praktisch. 

Verstehe nicht wieso manche Leute Problem damit haben. Vielleicht haben sie überhaupt kein Girokonto bei Bank of China in Deutschland oder haben sie gar keinen Zugang zu Mobile Banking. 

Voraussetzung:1. ein Girokonto bei Bank of China in Deutschland 2. Zugang zu mobile Banking beantragen. (Benutzername und Passwort)
