Nothing like hometown banking. I sure hope the customer service is not lost with the sale. It’s sad that we no longer have hometown banks.

BOC  has been extremely helpful over the past few years helping my wife and I settle and make Cleveland, Tn our new home.
Teresa and the entire staff  have provided outstanding service with a smile, and at times went out of their way  for us.
Rare find these days and a model for other banks to take note of.
Thank so much to everyone who has helped us over the last three years.

I have tried other banks when my wife insisted, but quickly returned to folks that know how to treat a neighbor.  I like the security but even more the friendly faces at the Bank of Cleveland. I like a bank where everyone knows my name & honestly cares about how I am doing.  They have great hours and are super great to work with.

WITH MY (LIMITED) EXPERIENCE WITH APPS FROM SEVERAL BANKS, BANK OF CLEVELAND MEASURES UP TO MY EXPECTATIONS (CAN’T THINK OF ANY SHORTCOMING); THE EASIER SOFTWARE WORKS THE MORE EFFORT WAS EXPENDED IN DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION!
