Purchases are not showing up until days later so actual balances are not accurate. Not dependable to keep track of spending at all.

This app has glitches!! It showed a certain amount available but really didn’t have that amount to spend. So you can’t go by what it tells you. Which is unfortunate and a huge inconvenience because what is the app for then? I thought I kept track of your balances. So be aware of that. The next disappointment with this app is that it showed that a check that I deposited from a company was returned to the company and it really was just pending. Don’t trust this app!!!!

Bank of Commerce & Trust is an awesome, friendly and most importantly a professional institution! I have been with Bank of Commerce since I was 16 years old!! When they started the online app, that was the best thing ever!! All your important info is at your finger tips!  I love the staff at the Crowley and Rayne banks!

Staff at the bank are friendly and helpful, drive thru is a little slow but happy overall at Rayne location

Very friendly, personable bank they will do whatever they can to help you with anything you need. The North Park branch ladies are so friendly and sweet. Best bank in town hands down.

I've been with Bank of Commerce & Trust Co for as long as I can remember and this app is very helpful in tracking my accounts on the go. It's more user friendly and accessible than the traditional browser page!
