This is the same across different iPhones and an iPad. Is the bank actually checking and testing their digital products? When pressing ‘App Support’ through the Apple App Store it opens a 404 on BoC’s website. Not very reassuring, would you keep your money with this business? ### 1/5 — Doesn’t log me in anymore *2024-06-22, version 24.6.2* Was working ok and now won’t login me in. Asks me if I have access to the iPhone device or email and once I click ok it just freezes up. Deleted app and re-downloaded but doesn’t work!! ### 2/5 — Bank of Cyprus could be and operate much better *2024-04-17* I think it’s pretty embarrassing to be in a store and not be able to transfer your money between your accounts due to BOC troubleshoot. Thankfully i had Revolut with me at the time. Also it would nice to have a real time of the transactions, not days after. There is no investment in having an account in the savings, on the contrary they subtract money from your account every 3 months. **Developer response:** Dear customer, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and you were not able to complete your transaction. Regarding real time transactions, if you refer to card purchase transactions, these amounts are on hold for a few days until the merchant requests the funds from the Bank. The scanning process fails every time. Impossible. ### 1/5 — Never sends the passcode *2023-09-01, version 23.8.4* This app doesn’t work. It won’t even let me register as it refuses to send a passcode to whichever phone or email I give it. ### 3/5 — Does not work well with iOS *2023-08-14* The verification email is sent to default iOS mail app set as Outlook. But icon in the email for ‘click to verify’ does NOT function to grant the device access. If I need to open my email via another browser, then the app is not fully adapted for iOS. App needs enhancements on adaptability. **Developer response:** Dear customer, if you refer to the email sent for trusting a device, the 'Click to verify' button should work only on the email when you open it on the device you are currently trying to login. This happens everytime, multiple lighting, different rooms etc still doesn’t work. Other than that; it’s always worked - so five stars. Old review: After the latest update (and 6.9.1) the app doesn’t open at all in iOS 12.5.6 (which is the latest iOS available to me). Please fix the bug as soon as you can; it’s vital. (Until 6.9.1 it was an excellent, five star reliable app for years. It last opened with 6.1.7.). Thanks in advance. (PS. If the bug can’t be identified quickly, please revert back to version 6.1.7 until it can be identified.
