Honestly it keeps glitching and messing up, which I don’t need in my banking app. It hardly even lets me into the log in screen, so I can’t transfer money when I need to, and it doesn’t let me deposit. Last weekend I needed to transfer money out of my savings for something that I was saving money for, and It wouldn’t even let me in the log in screen to log in. Long story short I was unable to get what I needed or access my savings until I went into the actual bank.

This App keeps crashing and then when I call the bank to see what’s wrong they tell me to reinstall the app but that doesn’t work either. I have absolutely no idea why I keep banking with this company other then some sort of town support which doesn’t really exist with this company.

I haven’t been able to open the app no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall, it says the app isn’t trusted and to contact the manufacturer of the app. I also can’t login through google because their website times out

Still a day or two slow to post deposits or withdraws.

I was hesitant about opening an account with a smaller community bank that was also out of my way. But it was the best decision. They really go out of their way to help.
