Using the application, you are managing the business-related processes in a single space. Their online payments department treats new, legitimate businesses as if they are unwanted. Instead of supporting growth, they create obstacles, delays, and unexplained decisions. What shocked me the most was the complete lack of transparency. They can deactivate both personal and business accounts without a single explanation, leaving you locked out of your own funds with no warning. Imagine running a business and suddenly losing access to your money — that is exactly how unsafe the process feels. If you still choose to open an account here, do not keep large balances. Consider this a serious warning: the lack of communication and accountability can cost you thousands, and you will have no idea why it happened. The application always logs me out. I have to re-enter my long password and receive SMS verification. All the settings for quick login are reset, and I have to set up Face ID login again. They decline all my transactions “due to the bank internal policy”, not telling me real reasons. Communication with the bank is a real problem, they don’t usually answer emails and messages, but if they do, there is no useful information given.
