They placed an extended 10-day hold on my legitimate payroll check for no valid reason, leaving me with a negative balance. To make it worse, they charged me overdraft fees the very next morning! They literally do not care if you have no money for food, rent, or taxes. Even when you tell them a CFPB complaint has been filed, they just shrug and tell you to deal with it. They steal your peace of mind and your time.
