Super annoying. Didn’t have this issue prior to the update. ### 2/5 — They need to fix this *2020-11-09* Seems time and time again when I go to check my account it won’t let me check my own account. Won’t let me log into the account or anything until hours later. This happens all the time and it’s unfair that I log in like I always do but yet it gives an error and won’t let me check my own account. It’s very hard to use and has minimal features. Overall a terrible app. Doesn’t let me move money how I want. Face ID never works. Will log me out after a few seconds and not let me back in for hours. Awful app. Do not use ### 1/5 — Get it together *2023-03-15* Your app mostly never works. I can’t even sign in 90% of the time. It gives a pop-up that customers can download the latest compatible version but when you click “download”, nothing happens. Customer service’s response was that we’ll need to buy a newer device. One was just purchased in 2018. All 4 of our mobile devices are too old. One thing I wish was an option for transferring money from different accounts is to have a note section. It is great that fingerprint ID is enabled, but for some reason, I need to put in my password to transfer money between my accounts.
