You can only view statements 3 months at a time. Slow for payments to leave your account. You cannot write a note so explain what a payment is for ### 3/5 — Payee payment restrictions *2026-05-14, version 5.0.0* I live in the UK and had to pay for a boiler replacement for my rental apartment in Ireland, totally cost was 5,612 euro and because it’s a new payee I can only send 1000 euro. I think this app would improve massively if it was designed similarly to how Revolut is. Revolut feels as smooth as going through social media, but still has all the necessary security measures. Simply sending money to someone is incrediblyyyy long, I have to check things multiple times when I already checked them moments ago. It’s just unnecessary. How can a big bank like BOI have an app this poorly designed and executed? I’ve looked through all of the recent reviews, and there’s a response to each one from someone in the development team. Have used the NatWest app for years, they could learn a thing or two from this app. Often the payment page from just doesn’t work. Frustratingly difficult to pull off bank statements between two specific dates - they had to be ordered by post!
